Everything was amazing during 3 days, enjoyed its stunning and great location close enough to Ballarat central, Bendigo, and the great restaurants, clubs. Efficient and knowledgeable employees helped us a lot.

The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a really comfortable area, next to beautiful gardens and plenty of things to do. I had a nicely furnished and good-sized room that was first class in cleanliness, with great facilities like a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a refrigerator. Playing cards were also a fun addition!

The staff in general is excellent and thoughtful.

There was a good choice of FAB meals. The staff was helpful and very attentive and always greeted us. It had beautiful and nice location, very close to Ballarat on babysitting duties, the great restaurants and restaurants and other attractions.

This hotel has a central location near a games area, friendly and excellent staff, good service, and beautifully designed apartments with heating and games like playing cards available.

We enjoyed the room. We think we totally recommend to anyone. It is very close to the airport.

We stayed at an old and charming hotel during Christmas. The building was well-restored, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful shower and TV. The outdoor facilities were ample, including a large, heated indoor pool and a vast property with a man-made lake and many places to have a picnic or go for an evening stroll. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to many attractions, making it easy to travel.

The management insisted on signing all sorts of waivers which were quite annoying. They even charged for the Wi-Fi, which is unusual for most hotels.

It's close to all amenities, making it convenient for travelers. the rooms are well-equipped with all necessary facilities, with indoor heated pools and spas. the friendly and inviting staff provide excellent service, making the stay memorable. the lounge area offers old world charm, perfect to relax with a book.

The hotel could improve the cleanliness in some areas, such as the dishes and bin emptying.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience as I enjoyed its beautiful grounds and facilities. It was great to see that the hotel staff took cleanliness seriously and kept the premises spotless. Moreover, the hotel offered amazing facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, giant-size chessboard. I also really appreciated the hotel's location near a lake, which gave me the opportunity to ride a paddle boat and appreciate nature in the surroundings.

The property had so many activities to keep me entertained, from paddle boating on the lake to playing giant chess and tennis. The staff were extremely welcoming and even gave me a tour, sharing the interesting history of this place. The rooms were beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. The kitchenette was well-equipped and the apartment was spotlessly clean. I also appreciated the handy amenities like the ironing facilities and the hair dryer.

The natural surroundings of this hotel were truly incredible. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful lake and seeing the ducks swimming by. the facilities provided were top-notch, including the giant size chest board and the tennis court.

the lack of elevators made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our apartments, which was inconvenient.
